VI Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region

Latvia will host the VI Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region on June 15-16 in Dzintari Concert Hall, Jūrmala titled „ACHIEVING E-QUALITY by CONNECTING the REGION.” The Annual Forum will focus on the future of the Strategy, region’s competitiveness, as well as the digital interconnectivity of the region.
There will be sessions on energy, culture, healthcare, science, spatial planning and other topics. During the Annual Forum the Networking Village, different stakeholder meetings and NGO events on ecology and maritime issues will be organised.
It is planned that the event will be attended by around 550 participants from the Baltic Sea Region. Currently the preparations for both the programme and the logistics are underway.
