The forum is divided into three sessions.

The first session will be devoted to discussions among young trade unionists on current engagement in European and national political processes. At the second session, the participants will discuss the obstacles to young people entering the labour market and the problem of youth unemployment. They will define the most important tools for the professional development of young people, the role of trade unions, and practical opportunities for young people to develop professional skills – possibilities for career support and the role of informal education.
