The seminar will discuss copyright limitations and exceptions within the scope of the review of the EU copyright rules. There will be discussions on the various impacts on the functioning of the EU single market, the possible need to adjust the scope/existing catalogue of limitations and exceptions, the necessary level of harmonisation, the cross-border impact and mutual recognition of these limitations and exceptions among the EU Member States.
