The Council will discuss a proposal on organic production and the labelling of organic products. The draft regulation aims to adjust EU legislation to the current situation in the EU organic market, which has quadrupled in size in the last 10 years.

Ministers will also assess the market situation, trends and EU measures in the milk sector.

There will also be a policy debate on the implementation and simplification of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
