Politico - Military Group (PMG) away days at which the participants discuss topical issues relating to the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) take place during every Presidency. The PMG is one of the most important working groups in the field of defence, dealing with most CSDP initiatives at an expert level. This meeting will also contribute further work to the preparations for the European Council discussions on defence.
