Agenda highlights

The Council will hold a strategic discussion on EU-Latin America and Caribbean relations in view of preparing the upcoming EU-CELAC summit in Brussels on 10-11 June 2015.

Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative, will brief EU ministers about the work on reviewing the European Security Strategy.

They will also discuss the latest developments in Libya and Yemen.

After the Council, EU foreign ministers will meet their counterparts from Eastern Partnership countries and discuss preparations for the Eastern Partnership summit which will take place on 21-22 May 2015, in Riga.
