The Informal Meeting of the Working Party of Foreign Relations Counsellors (RELEX) will bring together experts from the EU Member States and institutions to discuss the EU's sanctions policy against third countries and the financing of EU civilian missions.

Experts from the Commission, the General Secretariat of the Council and the European External Action Service responsible for sanctions issues and the financing of civilian missions will take part in the meeting. The Member States will be represented by the RELEX Counsellors.
