The URBACT City Festival will present cutting-edge content on urban development and give participants the opportunity to meet over 400 of their peers in the field of sustainable urban development. Presenting the results of URBACT II, the networks created and the knowledge produced, the festival will also set the scene for URBACT III and the new features and activities foreseen for 2014-2020.

The Festival is an open event designed for practitioners, policy-makers and elected representatives involved in urban development at local, regional, national and EU level. Cities (involved or not in URBACT), project partners and experts, national authorities, EU institutions, research institutions, civil society organisations, and the managing authorities of operational programmes are all welcome to participate in the event.
