This conference is organized by the European Commission, Regional Studies Association, Ministry of Finance of Latvia and University of Latvia. It will be one of the central events on cohesion policy during Latvian Presidency. It provides an opportunity for researchers, politicians and practitioners to discuss cohesion policy, analyze the essence of cohesion policy reform, potential risks and solutions.
